Levy & McRae welcome Alasdair Goodman to the firm as a new partner.

Alastair an experienced property specialist and formerly a Partner in a leading private practice has joined our team.  He has been involved in some of the largest commercial property transactions in Scotland and will now head up and develop commercial property for us.

Alastair deals with all aspects of property matters handled by Levy & McRae, using his experience to ensure that clients gain added value wherever possible.

In particular Alastair acts for substantial property companies including developers in complex land acquisition matters as well as lenders in general securitisation issues.   He also deals with complex portfolio investment acquisitions and disposals and regularly acts for Landlord/Tenants in commercial leasing matters.

Alastair works closely with corporate departments on property aspects of mergers and acquisitions including property warranties and disclosure matters. He also has experience of dealing with the Scottish end of international property deals.
