Crash killed eight people and injured three when a Cessna aircraft crashed moments into a routine flight to Aberdeen. The aircraft was taking Airtours cabin crew to Aberdeen to join an outbound flight to Majorca. The Fatal Accident Inquiry will started in September 2001

We successfully negotiated a six figure settlement in a Court of Session case for a Police Inspector injured on duty in late 1995, which led to his retiral. His claim included compensation for physical and psychiatric injury, loss of wages and pension loss. We are delighted that he can now put what has been a difficult and lengthy process behind him and move on with his life.

Secured settlement of two professional clients claims totalling one million pounds. The first involved a consultant surgeon who was permanently disfigured and maimed in an accident abroad.
